We are so quick to criticize ourselves or others, we need to make sure to spend some time being kind. Some things you can do are:

- Think of something positive about yourself and about your family and friends.
- Perform a Random Act of Kindness - hold a door, be pleasant to the store clerk, etc.
- Start a journal of things you are grateful for or positive thoughts or things that happened for the day (I like to collect positive quotes)
